Return and refund policy

At One Clinic MD, we take great pride in offering premium medical-grade skincare products designed to support your anesthetic and wellness journey. Due to the nature of the products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we have the following return policy:

1. Returns & Exchanges

    •    Unopened & Unused Products: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unopened, unused, and sealed products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

    •    Opened or Used Products: Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or partially used products.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

    •    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our team within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

3. Allergic Reactions

    •    We recommend performing a patch test before using any new skincare product. If you experience an allergic reaction, please contact us within 3 days with details and photos. Refunds or exchanges for reactions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Non-Returnable Items

    •    Final Sale Items: Any items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

    •    Customized or Personalized Products: Products that are specially made or customized for you are non-returnable.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at hello@oneclinicmd.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Refund Processing

    •    Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

    •    Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
